Our client URGENTLY requires a Test Lead for 6 months+ Contracts in Darwin.

Role Summary

/n

The Test Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end testing activities, including cross-agency projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and integration points. The role owns and drives the overall testing strategy, leads testing across all phases (system, integration, UAT, and production verification), and ensures quality outcomes through effective governance, traceability, and risk management.

Responsibilities & Experience

Direct and manage testing activities across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring rigorous alignment with delivery timelines and established quality standards.

/n
Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules,



and reporting artefacts to drive project success.

/n
Critically review requirements and specifications to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and mitigate project risk.

/n
Oversee the entire testing process, from design and execution, defect management, and final resolution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

/n/n

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
