We are looking for a Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

The Role Includes:
Welcoming and greeting patients on arrival
Answer incoming calls
Managing appointment scheduling and reminders
Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Handling all practice administration, including email correspondence
Work alongside our orthodontist at their initial consultation
Present payment plans and payment options
Opportunity to learn and grow across both Reception and Treatment Coordination roles
