The Trustee for AMAA Group Trust we are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager (Fast Food Chain Manager) to support our ongoing growth and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities
Leadership, Staff Management and Performance Management Skills: Lead, train and supervise staff, including rostering, performance management and ongoing development.
Recruitment and roster management skills: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.
Communication and interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking skills, Store and production Management Skills: Oversee and manage daily store operations in compliance with Pizza Kings' service standard, operational standards, food safety regulations and company procedures.
Financial management, budgeting and financial administration: Ensure store cleanliness, product quality and presentation meet brand requirements.
Uphold workplace health and safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
Stock and Inventory Management Skills: Manage stock levels, inventory control, cash handling and waste reduction.
Purchasing and setting pricing of various items at the chain.
Sales, promotions, pricing and profitability Management Skills: Monitor sales performance, analyse operational results and implement improvement strategies.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute store promotions and local marketing activities.
Organising advertisement and publications.
Customer service Management skills: Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.




Knowledge and understanding: Food safety compliance, Work health and safety compliance, Pizza and food chains, Fast food restaurant, Restaurant management, Understanding of the menu and food items.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in restaurant, café or fast-food management.
Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field (essential).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of quick-food/retail operations and inventory management.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with POS systems, rostering software and general computer applications.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
1-2 years of chef/kitchen experience is preferred.
Work Location: In-person role at Pizza Kings Tarneit, Victoria.
Work Authorisation: Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
Australian Citizens, Permanent residents or NZ citizens will be preferred.
