As our
Area Manage
r, you will be at the forefront of driving profitability and growth across our multiple clinics (e.g. Burwood, Cranbourne West and The Peninsula). You will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of exceptional office managers and collaborate with the Doctors & Co management team in supervising clinics across Eastern Victoria.

You will be responsible to:
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve profit targets and exceed patient expectations
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, where every team member feels valued and supported in their career development journey
Review market trends and patient insights to inform decision making and optimise business operations for maximum profitability
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share
Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
Collaborate with the staff and doctors to manage clinic challenges and recognise achievements.
To be successful in this role,



you will ideally have:
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower office managers to deliver exceptional performance in managing clinics
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic business decisions
Prior Practice Manager/Area Manager experience of minimum 3 years
Prior experience in the medical & health field is highly preferred
A collaborative and solution orientated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships
An advocate for safety, compassion and active listening in the workplace
