We're now seeking a Quality Control and Warranty Coordinator to lead our timber flooring QC and warranty operations — a pivotal role that ensures product integrity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overall coordination of Embelton Timber Flooring QC process
Ensuring QC checks are completed in line with documented procedures
Creating and maintaining product specifications for imported flooring products
Conducting warranty inspections across Victoria, and managing claims nationally
Coordinating warranty repairs and defect work, including commercial projects
Ensuring installation instructions are accurate and up to date
Supporting product development from a technical and QC perspective
Acting as the internal lead for technical product queries and staff training
What we're looking for:
Strong interpersonal skills to work with builders, developers, suppliers,



tradespersons, customers, and internal teams
Ideally, some knowledge of timber flooring products and installation practices
Computer literacy and attention to detail for accurate record‐keeping
Willingness to travel for inspections (primarily within VIC)
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
