, we're looking for a hands-on and customer-focused
Assistant Store Manager
to support the day-to-day success of our Dandenong store. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with retail or trade sales experience who enjoys leading from the front, building customer relationships, and delivering strong sales results.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing tailored solutions.
Coordinating orders and ensuring service, sales, and delivery deadlines are met.
Contributing to all aspects of store operations, including customer service, housekeeping, stock handling, and load preparation.
Generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.
Leading by example and supporting the team to achieve results.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, trade, or customer-focused sales.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.




Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to motivate, support, and positively influence a team.
Sound computer and stock management skills.
A current driver's licence.
Physical capability to assist with warehouse duties, including packing and loading.
