Sales Representative / Sales Executive
Eastern Creek, NSW (Sydney)
Full-Time Position with Negotiable Salary

What will this position entail?
Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and achieving sales growth targets across your allocated region. Duties will include:
Driving sales growth by identifying, targeting and securing new customers
Managing opportunities in the field and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Supporting sales forecasting and planning activities
Recording all sales activities accurately and in a timely manner
Monitoring quote conversion rates, margins and adherence to pricing policies
Preparing and submitting quotations in line with company process and approval limits




Providing after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Identifying re-engagement opportunities with previous customers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting through CRM systems
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer delivery
Attending sales meetings and contributing to business strategy discussions
Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback
What are the requirements?
Previous experience in a Business Development or Direct Sales role
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems (Pronto or Salesforce highly regarded)
Energetic, self-motivated and results-focused mindset
Valid Australian driver's licence
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
