Job Description
Title: Head Chef Occupation: Chef ****** Salary: $100,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Lucio's Marina Employer: Lucio's Sunshine Pty Ltd Location: Tewantin, QLD Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
Planning and designing menus
Calculating costs and liaising with suppliers
Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff
Preparing and cooking food
Hiring and training kitchen staff
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
Liaising with the general manager to ensure operations run smoothly
Ensuring all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards
