Occupational Therapist
who wants to work in an organisation that values collaboration, innovation and exceptional client outcomes.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services that empower clients to maximise their independence, participation and quality of life.
Working across the NDIS, Medicare, DVA and private sectors, you'll support clients with a broad range of developmental, functional and learning needs through assessment, intervention and collaborative goal setting with support to move into your areas of interest. This role offers variety every day—working within our clinics, clients' homes, schools and community environments while partnering closely with families, carers and other professionals.

You are:

Passionate about person-centred therapy
Experience (or willingness to work) within the NDIS and community sector
Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills
An ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and stakeholders excellent communicator




Organised and able to manage your own caseload alongside our experienced admin team
Compassionate while maintaining robust professional boundaries
Collaborative and enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team
Curious, reflective and committed to ongoing learning
Adaptable across a variety of clinical environments
Motivated to make a lasting impact within your local community
Skills & Knowledge
Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments using standardised and functional assessment tools
Developing individualised therapy plans focused on meaningful outcomes
Delivering evidence-based interventions across home, clinic, school and community settings
Collaborating with families, support coordinators, educators and other allied health professionals
Preparing high-quality reports for NDIS, Medicare and DVA
Monitoring client progress and reviewing therapy plans
Providing education and coaching to families, carers and support workers
Contributing to multidisciplinary care planning
Participating in clinical supervision, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
Working towards agreed service delivery KPIs
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with legislative and funding requirements
Essential Requirements
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to apply
Current Blue Card
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Current Driver Licence
