Your Role
as a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade 5), you'll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high‐quality, person‐centred support to residents and their loved ones. You'll thrive as a hands‐on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
Oversee medication management and wound care
Collaborate on care planning and clinical recommendations
Drive continuous clinical improvement
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors
Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and documentation




Mentor staff in clinical education and competency
Foster an inclusive, values‐driven team environment
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA Registration
Solid clinical experience and leadership skills
Passion for aged care and person‐centred support
Excellent communication and professional presence
Commitment to quality improvement and team development
Things that matter to us
Minimum Two years' experience in a clinical leadership role
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Current registration with AHPRA
NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
