What you'll do
Structure and provide insights for complex, undefined business problems to enable high-impact decisions.
Partner with leaders in Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to quantify opportunities, assess impact, and inform strategy.
Contribute to forward-looking projects that influence Canva's company-wide objectives and long-term vision.
Develop revenue models, evaluate trade-offs, and measure the potential impact of strategic initiatives.
Translate data into transparent, actionable insights to empower confident decision-making among stakeholders.
Requirements
Expert-level SQL proficiency,



with experience in data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Proven ability in data storytelling and managing stakeholders, including communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Prior experience within a technology company, understanding industry-specific concepts like growth accounting, product funnels, and designing analytic events.
Experience with R or Python, and working with large datasets.
Familiarity with subscription-based business models and product-led growth models is preferred.

Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions into data analytics workflows.
