Junior Administrative Assistant (Casual – 3 Days Per Week)
About the Role
We are a busy professional law firm seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis for three days per week.
This is an entry-level position suited to a school leaver, university student, or someone looking to develop practical office administration skills in a professional environment. No previous legal experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Filing and maintaining physical and electronic records
Photocopying, scanning and document preparation
Data entry and database maintenance
Data cleansing and updating client information
Archiving and document management
Assisting with mail and general office organisation
General administrative support to legal and administrative staff
Other office duties as required
About You
Reliable, punctual and well organised




Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Professional approach to handling confidential information
