RubberLine, an industry-leading company specializing in conveyor installation and servicing, is expanding! We are seeking multiple full-time team members for the following roles: Conveyor Belt Technicians, Belt Splicers, Rubber Liners, and Trades Assistants.

Key Criteria:
Proven experience in the trade
Solid knowledge of conveyor systems and products
Ability to identify, repair, and replace damaged conveyor belts and rubber components
Skilled with industry-specific tools
Proficiency with glues and adhesives
Basic mechanical knowledge
Years of conveyor belt/ rubber lining experience for technician roles is open to discussion based on individual circumstances

Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Commitment to building a long-term career
Strong focus on safety and quality
Valid driver's license
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Responsibilities:
Install new conveyor belts
Perform hot and cold splicing and repairs
Diagnose and repair common conveyor belt issues
Conduct basic rigging
Replace and maintain conveyor components such as rollers, skirts, and scrapers
Perform conveyor system inspections and audits
Manufacture specialized components onsite and in the workshop
Apply rubber lining
What You Bring:
Robust work ethic
Current driver's license
Ability to work safely in industrial settings
Certifications in Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and EWP (Elevated Work Platforms) - Highly recommended
Australian working rights are required for this position
