The San Telmo Group is looking for a Front of House Manager to take charge at one of our thriving city venues. Who are we? The San Telmo Group made its mark on the Melbourne restaurant scene over 10 years ago with our flagship venue, San Telmo.
Delivering traditional Argentine cuisine and premium meat cooked over charcoal and fire on custom built parrilla grills. We have since expanded to 5 bustling city venues championing contemporary Argentine, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. Our mission is to provide excellent produce, informed and friendly service in a relaxed and casual environment with fun and professional staff.

The role of Front of House Manager focuses on the ongoing and future success of the business. Including: The usual day-to-day running of the business, contributing to the growth in revenue, managing all front-of-house profit and loss, forward planning and innovation, recruitment, training and mentoring staff.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a front of house manager who leads by example with a positive attitude. They would have proven experience with successful control of wage, cost of goods, staff turnover targets and building revenue. They possess robust leadership qualities and gain respect through hard work and example.
