GLOW TOUCH SALON PTY LTD As a Beauty Therapist , your primary responsibility is to provide professional beauty services in a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. You will assist clients with their beauty needs, offering advice, performing treatments, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
You will also help in promoting beauty products and services, maintaining appointments, and keeping treatment areas sanitized and well-organised.

Responsibilities
Consult with clients to assess their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Perform beauty treatments such as facials, hair removal, and skincare procedures to improve clients' appearance.
Advise clients on skincare routines and recommend beauty products based on their skin type and needs.
Conduct hair removal treatments including waxing, threading, and other techniques for body and facial hair.
Provide manicures and pedicures to enhance nail health and appearance, including nail care services.
Apply makeup for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring a personalized and desired look for clients.
Maintain cleanliness in treatment areas, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized and secure for use.
Promote and sell beauty products, educating clients on how to use them to achieve desired results.
Manage client bookings and ensure appointments are scheduled and executed efficiently.




Follow up with clients to monitor treatment results and address any concerns or reactions.
Create a relaxing environment for clients during treatments, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends by attending workshops and keeping up with new beauty techniques and products.
Assist with salon operations, such as maintaining inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
Provide post-treatment care advice, helping clients maintain results and prevent skin issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, following all guidelines for a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
AQF Certificate III or higher in Beauty Therapy or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty therapy or related services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage client needs and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Salary: $80,****** + Super
