Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Laser Cutter Operator / Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone with experience operating CNC laser cutting and brake press machinery within a sheet metal or fabrication environment.
You will be working with aluminium and steel components, producing high-quality parts used in our roof rack systems and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently
Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets
Ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured components
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
Maintain production schedules and workflow targets
Handle materials and finished products safely




Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with general fabrication and manufacturing duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
Experience operating CNC brake press machinery
Background in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings accurately
Experience with CypCut software highly regarded
Experience with TASC **** and Delem controllers highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Forklift licence advantageous
Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
