Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians for immediate starts across Melbourne Metro.
We are looking for skilled electricians with experience in structured cabling, commercial fit-outs, communications infrastructure, and data installations. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable clients across a variety of commercial projects.
About the Role
As an A-Grade Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high‐quality data and communications installations across commercial construction and fit‐out projects.
Your duties may include:
Installation of CAT5e, CAT6 and fibre optic cabling
Running, terminating and testing structured cabling systems
Installing data outlets, cabinets, patch panels and communications racks
Reading and interpreting plans and cable schedules
Fault finding and testing data cabling systems
Working on commercial fit‐outs, office refurbishments and new builds
Maintaining a safe and organised work setting
Working independently and as part of a project team
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience in data cabling or communications installations




Experience working on commercial construction or fit‐out projects
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Strong understanding of structured cabling standards
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong understanding of OH&S; requirements and safe work practices
Reliable, professional attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
