The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Salesforce Administrator
to join our Technology, Data & AI team for a six-month fixed term contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making systems better every day. You'll be the person who keeps Salesforce running smoothly while helping colleagues across fundraising, finance, people and operations get the most from the technology they rely on.
From configuring new functionality and improving automations to supporting users, maintaining data quality and delivering small enhancements that make everyday work easier, your work will have organisation-wide impact.
Working closely with our Lead Systems Manager, you'll help ensure our systems are stable, secure, efficient and continuously improving as we continue our organisational transformation.
What you'll be doing
You'll:
Administer and maintain Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Configure enhancements and automate manual processes using Salesforce Flow




Support users with advice, troubleshooting and training
Manage user access, permissions and system updates
Perform data imports, exports and data quality activities
Help improve system documentation and business processes
Work collaboratively with teams across fundraising, finance, people and operations to deliver practical technology solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives that help the organisation work smarter.
About You
You're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and helping people succeed with technology.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Data Loader and bulk data management
Robust understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting and user management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
A collaborative approach and genuine enjoyment of supporting colleagues
Curiosity to learn new technologies and continuously improve systems
It would be outstanding if you also have Salesforce certifications or experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), payment integrations or basic Apex/SOQL knowledge—but these aren't essential.
