Building Site CCTV is a growing Victorian manufacturer and hire provider of solar-powered CCTV systems for construction sites. With continued growth in Victoria and our expansion into Brisbane, we are looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Bayswater office.
This is an entry-level role and would suit someone who is organised, reliable, friendly, and keen to learn. You do not need previous administration experience. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude who we can train and develop in the Building Site CCTV way.
This role will support our office team, customers, technicians, scheduling, and day-to-day administration.
About the Role
You will be trained and supported to assist with:
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct team member
Responding to customer emails and general enquiries
Helping schedule installations, service calls, removals, and technician appointments
Contacting customers with updates
Assisting with customer service and follow-up communication
Updating job notes and customer records
Learning our job management system, Trade Magnet
Assisting with invoicing and basic administration once trained




Supporting the office team with general day-to-day tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Friendly and confident speaking with people
Organised and willing to learn
Comfortable using a computer
Able to communicate clearly by phone and email
Good with attention to detail
Positive, helpful, and willing to be part of a team
Interested in building a long-term role within a growing business
Previous administration experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
