What you will do
Based in our Laverton branch, this role reports to the Parts Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers. Key responsibilities will include:
Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
Accurately complete relevant documentation including invoices and payment
Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location
Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop
Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
Who you are
To thrive as a Parts Advisor, you will bring a strong background in parts within the automotive industry, along with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key requirements:
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, automotive parts role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and positive attitude, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving positive business outcomes
Sound computer skills and experience using inventory or parts management systems
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
