Resi Owners Corporation Management is seeking a passionate Junior Strata Manager to join our supportive team on a full-time basis in Scoresby, to grow their skills and step up to become our next strata manager.

Duties & responsibilities:
Handle and respond to inbound communication from clients to resolve issues as they arise
Organise and chair annual general meetings
Prepare budgets and ensure owners understand their financial statements
Managing quotes for required repair and maintenance work
Review and liaise with owners in arrears
Conduct property inspections across metro Melbourne to ensure common areas are well-maintained, bringing any issues to the owners' attention
Progress to become a 'jack of all trades' by expanding your knowledge base on insurance, budgeting, and finances
Experience & attributes:
Previous relationship management or property manager experience is required
No additional qualifications or formal study required
An open mindset and an enthusiastic approach to the role
Eagerness to learn and expand your skillset
Strong relationship building skills to become your clients' go-to person
Great problem-solving skills for complex issues
