Founded in **** as an online nursery brand, we've grown into a trusted name for every room and life stage. As we continue building our physical retail presence in Australia, we're seeking an experienced, hands on Store Manager to lead our Mornington store, deliver an exceptional in store experience, and help refine what great looks like as we scale.
How you will add value:
Lead the daily operations and ongoing success of our Mornington store
Build, coach, and inspire a high performing store team, embedding a culture that reflects the Mocka brand
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that brings the Mocka journey to life instore
Contribute insights that help sharpen our retail playbook, processes, service standards, and operating model as we grow
Drive sales, achieve KPIs, and build strong commercial performance
Maintain brand standards across merchandising, visual presentation, inventory management, and operational excellence
About You:
An experienced retail leader with a strong track record in high performance store environments
Experience opening new stores or working within scaling retail brands is ideal but not essential
A natural coach who builds capability, confidence, and high performing teams
Willing to become an expert in furniture assembly, styling,



and educating customers to support an incredible experience
A problem solver who enjoys ambiguity and thrives in a building phase
Customer obsessed, operationally strong, and commercially savvy
A leader who wants to leave a legacy and help shape Mocka's retail DNA
