We're looking for a Melbourne-based
Senior Learning Consultant
who can step into projects, quickly understand the landscape and get moving without a lot of direction.
This role would suit someone who's comfortable leading learning workstreams, managing stakeholders and taking responsibility for outcomes from discovery through to delivery.
What you'd work on
Leading learning analysis and discovery activities
Engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and shape solutions
Designing learning strategies, curriculums, workshops, eLearning and performance support materials
Managing end-to-end learning deliverables across project lifecycles
Facilitating workshops, design sessions and stakeholder reviews
Working alongside change, communication and project teams
Providing guidance and quality assurance across learning outputs

You'll likely have experience working on learning projects in consulting, change, transformation, or project environments where competing priorities,



shifting requirements and stakeholder management are part of the job.
You'll be someone who:

Can quickly make sense of complex business and operational environments
Builds credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Knows when to challenge assumptions and when to keep things moving
Balances learning best practice with commercial realities
Produces work that's clear, practical and fit for purpose
Is comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative
The prospect
We have a range of client projects spanning organisational change, system implementations, operational readiness, process improvement and capability uplift.
Some projects may require strategic thinking and learning architecture. Others may need someone who can roll up their sleeves and develop high-quality learning assets.
Either way, you'll be trusted to manage your work, engage directly with stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
You'll be using:
Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Microsoft Office
Learning management systems and digital learning technologies
Whatever tools best suit the problem we're solving
