Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for demolition, earthworks and related civil projects.
Review project scopes, drawings and specifications.
Analyse material, equipment and labour costs.
Progress claim management.
Regularly assess commercial and contractual risks
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
Assist with pricing proposals, value engineering and risk assessments.
Support project planning and budgeting.
Skills & Requirements




Proven experience estimating demolition & earthworks projects
Minimum 3 years of demolition and earthworks estimating experience required.
Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license
