About the role

In this position, you will oversee the management of Microsoft platforms and cloud operations. You will work closely with the ICT Solution Manager to ensure effective service delivery and support for our clients, primarily in the Not-for-Profit sector.

What you'll do
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Collaborate with the ICT Solution Manager to enhance service delivery for clients.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Microsoft cloud services.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.




Proven experience in IT service management and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have
Experience in Dev Ops practices.
Familiarity with cloud migration processes.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Experience with IT service management tools.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Practical notes

This role may require occasional in office visits to client locations.
