Tivoli Bakery (Beaverton Nominees Pty Ltd) is seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our skilled bakery team on a full time basis. We are looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining excellent food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, bake and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, slices, desserts and other baked products.
Develop and refine recipes to maintain product quality and consistency.
Monitor product quality throughout preparation, baking and finishing stages.
Ensure all products are prepared in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Manage ingredient selection, stock rotation and inventory levels.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.




Assist with menu and product development, including seasonal and specialty items.
Supervise and train junior kitchen and bakery staff as required.
Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demand and business requirements.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and food handling standards.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or a related field, or equivalent industry experience is highly desirable.
At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Pastry Chef.
Solid knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, decorating and dessert production.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to quality, consistency and food safety.
