St John Ambulance Australia is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead the National Online Shop based in NSW, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will drive ecommerce performance on Shopify, with Klaviyo and Gorgias, and deliver growth across traffic, conversion and revenue.

This role leads a small team, collaborates with commercial and support functions, plans campaigns, and partners with agencies to optimise content, pricing, stock and fulfilment while advancing the customer experience.
