What you’ll do
Guide the software engineering team in achieving technical excellence and timely project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define technical requirements, influencing the strategic direction of the platform.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
Proven leadership experience,
with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script.
Robust understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
