What you'll do
Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Australia.

Nice to have
Experience in a large, complex organization.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement tools.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.
Strong problem‐solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
