Site Supervisor/Manager - Automation Projects
We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager/Supervisor
to oversee the delivery of a large-scale Automated Storage and Retrieval systems. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating multiple contractors, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of the build.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site activities across a major installation project
Coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site, including:
Equipment suppliers and installation teams
Builders and other trades
Internal and international technical teams
Ensure safe site operations in line with company policies, protecting people, equipment, and the environment
Drive project progress to ensure timelines and milestones are met
Resolve in office issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays
Maintain quality standards across all installation works
Act as the key communication point between site and wider project teams
Manage site reporting, updates, and documentation
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or leading hand on industrial or electromechanical installation projects




Strong hands-on experience with equipment installation (e.g. conveyors, machinery, plant, racking or similar systems)
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and contractors on active sites
Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage issues on the ground
