We're looking for a
Project Coordinator
to join a busy and friendly construction team in Kew. This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure jobs are on track, trades know where they need to be, and the right supplies are available when needed. Y
ou need to be happy to pick up a phone and not just sit behind an email and sometimes get in the car and go to site.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating and following up on small projects and jobs
Making sure trades have the right information, including where they need to be and what needs to be done
Checking on supplies, materials and job requirements




Following up jobs and keeping things moving
Providing general administration and coordination support
Communicating with trades, suppliers and customers as required
What we're looking for:
We're less concerned about ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who is
bright, capable, organised and has a great attitude
. You'll have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and enjoy working as part of a team.
