Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
Perform ADAS windscreen re-calibrations
Carry out glass chip repairs
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner

O'Brien® is looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Mackay Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.
If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and want to earn a nationally recognised qualification while you work, this is the perfect chance to build a long-term career.
Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
Strong work ethic and desire for a long-term career
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
