Electrical company located in Southwest Sydney seeking a highly motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our team for an immediate start long term role;
You will be responsible for :
Data entry of company work orders
Efficientaccurate recording of customer details into database
Respond to changes injob bookings
Assess product requirements and amounts for each job
Liase with team members
Processing customers guarantee certificates
Material ordering
Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
Maintaining and updating company databases.
Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control.
Answering any queries by employees and clients
Maintaining company scheduling appointments.

To secure this role you will need:
Previous experience of data entry
Ability to read and understand tradesman terminology
Attention to detail with Excellent numeracy skills
Customer service experience with an excellent phone manner and initiative
Solid MS Office and Outlook skills
Demonstrate a high standard of organisation skills
Previous experience in the industry an advantage
Be a team player, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
