Prepare consistently high-quality coffee
Deliver friendly customer service
Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Support the café team to provide an excellent customer experience

Prepare and present high-quality dishes
Maintain food quality and consistency
Follow food safety procedures
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
Support menu development where appropriate
Skills & Experience (Barista)
Minimum 2 years Barista experience




Strong milk texturing and latte art skills
Experience with specialty coffee
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Excellent communication skills
Weekend availability
Australian working rights
Skilly & Experience (Chef)
Minimum 2 years commercial kitchen experience
Breakfast and lunch experience preferred
Asian cuisine experience is an advantage
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable and able to work under pressure
Weekend availability
