Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Business Partner to lead and manage our employee wellbeing initiatives in the support of a safe, healthy and engaged workforce.
You will be an experienced health and wellbeing professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence leaders and have a passion for building safe and healthy workplaces.

Our new site has brought together all Council operations under one roof, creating a dynamic, team-oriented, and future-focused workplace.
Located on a spacious 71-hectare site, the facility has been designed with staff wellbeing, sustainability, and operational excellence in mind.
Rous hasan operational footprint covering 3,000km2.
As a county council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions; bulk water supply, weed biosecurity and flood mitigation.

Desired Skills and ExperienceYour value proposition to us:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health and safety, health promotion or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in applying contemporary health and wellbeing initiatives
Understanding of relevanthealth and safety legislation and its application
Strong project management skills
You will be known for your ability to inspire and motivate others
Committed to upholding and promoting the highest of health, safety and quality standards
Your average workday will be kept busy by:
Leading and implementing employee wellbeing strategies and programs.
Coordinating workers' compensation claims, injury management, and return to work programs.
Monitor legislative changes and emerging risks, in the health and wellbeing industry, providing practical guidance and recommendations to leaders across the organisation.
Coaching leaders in understanding the benefits of workplace health and wellbeing support.
Partnering with the Health, Safety and Environment Team to deliver cross-function initiatives (including but not limited to, workforce health and wellbeing metrics, injury management, return to work coordination, and drug and alcohol testing) to guide interventions.
