National conferences and regular team connection meetings

Key responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with affiliated fitness businesses, including gyms, supplement stores, and allied health providers.
Generate quality leads and referrals for the sales team through strong industry partnerships.
Conduct campus tours for prospective students at designated FIT College locations.
Visit local fitness industry businesses to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
Represent FIT College at community events, static stands, and industry activities.
Liaise with students, past graduates, stakeholders,



and external organisations to build connections and support career pathways.
Coordinate student placement requests and deliver industry presentations.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team regarding marketing materials and social media content opportunities.
Support the promotion and sales of Short Courses and First Aid programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent people skills and the ability to build genuine professional relationships.
A self-motivated, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with social media platforms
Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer systems.
Highly Regarded
Previous experience in the fitness industry.
Experience in business development, sales, or relationship-building roles.
