What you'll do
Collaborate with clients, project teams, and essential stakeholders to deliver cost management services.
Oversee the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for various projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,



or a related field.
Robust understanding of project management principles and cost control methodologies.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.
Nice to have
Experience in managing large-scale projects in sectors such as healthcare or infrastructure.
Professional accreditation from a recognized body, such as RICS or AIQS.
Skills & tools
Familiarity with cost management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
