About the role
We are seeking a passionate Principal Consultant to work with our national Consulting team, with extensive experience in delivering training facilitation, coaching and supervision.
Experience in conflict resolution services, psychometric assessments, and psychosocial risk assessment.
Deliver high quality, engaging and contemporary workplace training and consulting services in the areas of mental health and wellbeing.
Partner with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programs.
Deliver team and individual assessments in a wide range of organisational environments, provide analysis and complete comprehensive reports.
Understand issues common to workplace relations and employment frameworks.Have the opportunity to work across psychosocial risk assessment, psychometric assessment and other clinical services.
Manage projects of varying scope and scale.




Work flexibly across various locations.
Requirements
Full registration as a Psychologist with at least 3 years' experience.
Experience in conflict resolution services, psychometric assessments, and psychological risk assessment is desired
Experience in designing and delivering adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeing.
A willingness to deliver workplace conflict resolution.
A willingness to work in psychometric assessment.
A willingness to obtain government security clearance.
A driver's licence, own vehicle and a willingness and flexibility to deliver services across Canberra is required
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
