About the Position
Due to growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Construction Operations Manager to join the team in a key role!
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate with Development team on residential house projects
Review contracts, working drawings and variations
Manage the construction delivery from start to finish
Monitor construction progress, workmanship and quality throughout the build
Track milestones and report on these to senior management
Maintain strong relationships with builder partners and developers




Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in the residential construction industry
Solid understanding of the residential build process for new homes - start to finish
Experience in a Project Management, Construction Manager or Operations Manager role highly regarded
Trade or Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
