We are seeking an invested and passionate Manager at Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas. Located at Smiths Beach with amazing ocean views, this could be the next step to further build your experienced hospitality career.
What will you be doing?
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Maintain a high customer service focus, and take both responsibility and pride in having a positive impact
Use initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
Create ideas and suggestions to enhance procedures in the villas.
Actively seek feedback from owners and action improvements where possible
Identify shortfalls before they affect customer service, and develop action plans to address these issues
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards
Understand the hospitality industry, the southwest market,



and be aware of potential highs and lows in the business
Prepare rosters and job schedules for team members, and coordinate the payroll
Complete regular financial and operating reports
What are we looking for?
Guest services experience in a hotel/resort environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Positive team player
Responsible and self-motivated
Patient, responsible, and proactive
Ability to work under pressure
Tech-savvy and organized
Enthusiastic and eager for knowledge
Versatile and resilient with various challenges
Positioned in the South West Region of WA, we prefer the applicant to reside within 30 minute drive of our location.
