As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Team Manager to support our Director and Co-Agent and help keep every property campaign running seamlessly from listing through to settlement.

This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role that would suit someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being the backbone of a successful sales team.

About the Role

Working closely with our Director and Co-Agent, you will oversee the day-to-day administration and coordination of property listings and sales campaigns, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing sales advices, contracts and addendums
Coordinating all listing and sales administration
Managing marketing campaigns and property launches
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Managing documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Assisting with campaign coordination from listing through to settlement




Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational requirements
Ensuring all systems, databases and records are maintained accurately
Helping drive smooth workflows and high service standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in residential real estate administration
Holds current South Australian real estate qualifications
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy workplace
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Experienced using real estate CRM systems
Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
