Join our Narellan based office team as Customer Service Operator and Executive Assistant.

We are looking for a super helpful and effective colleague to respond to incoming sales and service enquiries, support marketing, provide exec assistance and perform office duties.

You will be supported by an experienced and long serving Sales, Marketing and Operations team

Responsibilities include:
Phone reception
Review incoming enquiries and delegate leads to the sales team
Provide admin support to the Sales Team. Create and send quotations with supporting information, enter customer details and deal data in CRM etc
Take full end to end responsibility for quoting, follow-up and closing for a limited range of smaller enquiries.
Handle customer service enquiries eg ETA and freight costs
Distribute marketing material (email and postal)
Call customer contacts for specific marketing or research campaigns
Office duties including: manage petty cash, maintain the kitchen areas, distribute mail, order and collect lunch

You will need;

A friendly and proffesional manner and a willing, positive attitude.

Experience in administration and customer service is valuable

Proficiency with MS 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel

To be a flexible and fast learner of business software applications

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
