We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand. This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused Supervisor with strong experience in insurance building repairs. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a quick-paced setting.




This role will require travel to various locations in the North Queensland Region (vehicle provided). The Role
Supervise insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
Ensure timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and KPIs are consistently achieved
Maintain skilled communication with clients, insurers, trades, and internal stakeholders throughout the repair process
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site and scheduling issues
Provide estimating support during peak event periods where required
About You

Proven experience supervising insurance repair projects is essential

Strong understanding of insurance repair processes, site coordination, and stakeholder management Ability to manage trades, multiple projects, and competing prioriti
