Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration and enterprise-wide adoption of Git Lab Ultimate.
Design, develop and optimise enterprise CI/CD pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
Build and maintain enterprise "golden pipelines" to standardise software delivery.
Design and support Git Lab Runner infrastructure across enterprise environments.
Embed Dev SecOps capabilities including SAST, DAST, Dependency, Container and Secret Scanning.
Develop automation that improves developer productivity and deployment consistency.
Work closely with Git Lab Qualified Services during implementation and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure and security teams to drive platform adoption.
Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across engineering teams.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's Dev Ops and software delivery capability.

Skills & Experience




Robust hands-on experience with Git Lab Enterprise or Git Lab Ultimate.
Proven experience implementing and administering Git Lab within enterprise environments.
Extensive experience designing and maintaining Git Lab CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of Git Lab Runners, shared runners and enterprise runner architecture.
Experience implementing GitLab DevSec Ops features including:
SAST
DAST
Dependency Scanning
Secret Detection
Container Scanning
Experience integrating Git Lab with cloud platforms, infrastructure and enterprise tooling.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is highly regarded.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker or containerised platforms is advantageous.
Robust stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical teams.
Experience working within large enterprise or complex technology environments.
