Fgf Developments is a local, Cairns-based civil construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area. If you have a robust background in civil construction and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities: Plan and oversee daily site works Coordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projects Provide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectively Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standards Maintain strong site organisation, ensuring productive workflow and clear communication across all teams Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards What you'll bring:



Solid background in the supervision and delivery of civil construction projects Strong leadership and management capability with proven planning skills Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on key priorities Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve project goals Why Join Us?
