Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Fleet Controller is responsible for the day‑to‑day planning, scheduling and coordination of fleet movements, drivers and trailing equipment within our Construction Division. Based at our Brooklyn depot, you'll manage customer bookings, optimise equipment utilisation, coordinate loading and unloading activities, and ensure effective communication between drivers, customers and internal teams.
You'll also support compliance, reporting and administration requirements, including driver run sheets, vehicle documentation and maintenance records,
while helping maintain a secure and efficient operation. This is a permanent, full-time prospect to join a high‑performing team within a respected Australian transport business.
