About the role

Reporting to the Head of Fulfilment & Last Mile Capability,



you'll play a key role in helping Coles understand and optimise the economics of online fulfilment and customer delivery.

As Commercial Analyst, you'll help uncover the economics that sit behind every online order, using data to influence decisions across fulfilment, last mile delivery, capacity planning and network performance. Over time, you'll build deep expertise in an area where there are very few true specialists, helping shape the future of how Coles serves customers online.

What you'll be doing

Analyse fulfilment and delivery performance across productivity, order accuracy, availability, substitutions, service levels and customer outcomes.
