Currently, we have a full time vacancy for a store (Retail) Manager to manage our shifts. Looking for someone with skills and experience to manage independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Store Operations: Manage daily trade, stock ordering, visual merchandising, and promotional setups. Ability to manage total store operations independently without daily in office supervision.

• Financial & Inventory Control: Drive profitability, solid capability in wage-to-sales budgeting, inventory margin management, cash handling, conduct banking, and minimize shrinkage.

• Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, train, and roster staff across all operating hours. Expertise in managing staff rosters across weekly operating hours,



managing shift handovers, and training personnel.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety, WHS, and store presentation standards.

• Remote Accountability: Maintain weekly sales/performance reporting to off-site owners and serve as the main local contact.

• Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Proficiency in retail ordering systems (e.g., Metcash/AIR), stock turns, freshness management, and promotional execution.

• Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of HACCP food safety standards, temperature monitoring, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.

• Problem Solving & Emergency Response: Ability to serve as the local escalation point for store emergencies, maintenance issues, and local community needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management

• 3 years of genuine experience in a similar industry (Retail / Supermarket / FMCG Management).

Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
