The Prospect

As a Gas Site Supervisor, you will be the frontline leader driving the secure and successful delivery of our pipeline and utility projects. This role puts you in control of day-to-day site operations, where you will manage civil crews, coordinate subcontractors, and solve real-world technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Typical duties include:

Site Supervision:



Overseeing day-to-day pipeline installation, trenching, shoring, de-watering, and poly welding.
Safety & HSE Leadership: Ensuring all work complies with strict gas safety regulations, managing permits, and leading daily toolboxes.
Subcontractor Coordination: Managing civil crews, gas fitters, and specialised technicians.

Quality & Reporting: Maintaining daily site diaries, ensuring asset compliance, and handling handover documentation.

Required Qualifications & Credentials

Gas Industry Certification: Must hold relevant nationally recognised Gas Industry Certificates.

White Card.

Industry Experience: Proven track record supervising civil utility infrastructure/gas distribution networks.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with high-pressure/low-pressure gas networks, trenching standards, and asset protection codes.
