About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-value government and disputes work. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate closely with established partners within a cohesive team, contributing to complex litigation and regulatory matters. You will be involved in judicial reviews, investigations, and parliamentary inquiries, ensuring your work has a significant impact on the outcomes of major projects.
Key responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload involving class actions, civil claims, and commercial disputes
Engage in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations to resolve disputes effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Provide strategic advice on litigation and regulatory issues
Contribute to the professional development of junior team members




Ensure compliance with Australian Government security clearance requirements
Skills & experience
Proven experience in litigation, government, or disputes work with 6+ PAE
Strong capability in analytical thinking, drafting, and communication
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while collaborating within a team
Background in AGS, Crown, or private practice government work is advantageous
